Tour Overview:
Explore Rio de Janeiro for 3 nights including a full day tour visiting the most famous and iconic highlights including Corcovado, Christ the Redeemer (one of the New Seven Wonders of the World), and Sugar Loaf Mountain. Also enjoy a Brazilian BBQ dinner followed by a Samba show. With two full days at leisure, you can choose to enjoy Rio's famous beaches, Copacabana and Ipanema or choose from a list of optional tours.
After Rio, travel 2 hours by plane to Iguazu Falls. Bordering Brazil, Argentina, and Paraguay, these falls have over 275 individual falls, along over 1.5 miles of the Iguazu River. You even spend a day touring the Argentine side of the falls to get the unique perspective from both sides.
Then you will fly north to Manaus which sits along the Amazon River; tour the famous “Meeting of the Waters”. Then spend 3 nights at the Ariau Amazon Hotel and Towers. "Imagine a hotel built among Amazon treetops: catwalks 70 feet up leading from a great circular dining room of polished tropical woods, a bar like an eagle's nest, a honeymoon suite built 110 feet up a mahogany tree, and friendly monkeys, macaws, sloths, and parrots scampering, fluttering, and dangling all over the place."

Transfer to the airport to take your flight to Iguazu Falls, one of South America’s most beautiful natural wonders. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon, you will have a guided tour to the Brazil side of the falls. The thunderous crash of tons of rushing water against basaltic rocks amidst the jungle of birds, butterflies and orchids will take your breath away!

Day 6 – Argentinean Falls
Morning, guided tour to the Argentina side of the waterfalls. Pick-up at your hotel and transfer to visitor center inside Iguazu National Park. You may also walk from the visitor center to upper and lower paths, but cannot walk to Devils Throat because it is located more than 4 km from the visitor center.
Great Adventure: This tour combines a jungle trip with a boat trip to the falls. Trip starts in the jungle of the National Park in 4 by 4 trucks without roof for best visibility of the trees and to take good photos. Then we take a zodiac boat to the lower Iguazu River upstream to discover the falls little by little with a panoramic view of the Iguazu Falls. Be prepared to get wet under the falls! Afternoon return to your hotel. Note: this boat tour involves some light trekking and climbing of steep stairs. You need to be in reasonably good shape since it can become somewhat strenuous.

Day 7 – Iguazu Falls/Manaus
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Manaus. Upon arrival in Manaus, transfer to your hotel. Afternoon tour of the “Meeting of the waters”. Six miles from Manaus, Brazil is one of the most incredible displays of nature's majesty. No matter what you've heard, nothing can fully prepare you for a trip to Meeting of the waters, the incredible place where two distinct bodies of water meet, but don't mix. As its name suggests the Rio Negro is a darker, slower, and much heavier body of water than the Rio Solimoes. Temperature, density, velocity differences keep these two bodies of water separate for more than 6 miles before at last they join to form the great Amazon. Here is where they join, without losing their distinct qualities. Sloths, piranhas, anacondas and colorful parrots are just a few of the animals you might expect to encounter on a tour of the Amazon on a riverboat tour.
